Every booking is quoted in writing first.
There is no flat rate. A two-hour backyard birthday and a ten-hour activation are not the same job. Send the date and you get an itemized estimate back. Nothing is owed until you approve it.

How do I lock in my date?
Send the details, approve the estimate we email back, and pay a 50% deposit. That puts your date on the calendar. The balance is due seven days before the event.
How do I pay?
Major credit and debit cards, online payment, cash or a check. The specifics come with your booking confirmation.
What if I have to cancel?
The deposit is non-refundable, because holding your date is what it pays for. Full terms come with your confirmation. If it is the weather and not a change of plan, call us early and we will move you rather than keep the deposit.
Do weekends cost more?
No. Weekdays and weekends are quoted the same way, and delivery, setup and pickup are already in the number. Saturdays in spring and summer do book out first, so waiting costs you the date, not the price.
Do you bring food or drinks?
No. The rental is the trailer, the four games and the balls. Food, tables, chairs and everything else at the event stay with you or your caterer.
