One street, one trailer, everyone outside
A block party lives or dies on whether people leave their houses. Tables on a closed street are not always enough. This usually is.
What a street setup looks like
Cul-de-sacs and closed residential streets are among the easiest setups we do: flat, wide, and free of the side-gate problem.
HOA community days, National Night Out, summer kick-offs and holiday street parties all book the same way. Nothing to pay means it works for the whole street, not just the households who signed up.
- A cul-de-sac is ideal
- Flat, wide, already closed to traffic.
- Split it across the HOA
- Community budgets cover it more easily than one household, and one booking serves everyone.
- Sort the closure first
- Closing a public street usually needs a city permit. Start that before you set the date.
- Setting up
- Cul-de-sacs, closed streets, HOA clubhouse lots and community parks with vehicle access. Watch for low branches and street wires on older blocks.
Four steps, and we do most of them.
Delivery, setup and pickup are already in the number you get back.

Can you set up on a closed street?
Yes, and it is one of the easiest setups we do. If the closure needs a city permit, start that before you set the date, because permits are usually the slow part.
Can an HOA book it?
Regularly. One booking covers the whole community and there is nothing for residents to pay at the event.
What about low branches?
The trailer is 10 feet tall and needs clearance the whole way in. On older streets with mature trees, walk the route before you book and tell us anything tight.
