End of season, without the rented rec room
The end-of-season party has a bad default: a rented room, a slideshow, and trophies handed to kids who want to be somewhere else.
What an end-of-season setup looks like
Bring it to the field or the park after the last game and it becomes something the team wants to stay at. Little League, AYSO, club volleyball, Pop Warner and rec leagues all book it the same way.
It works at a coach's house for a smaller squad, or alongside the banquet for a club that rents a hall.

01Send your dateDate, start time, address, how many hours. Two hours is the minimum.
02Get a priceWe check the calendar and email an itemized estimate. You owe nothing yet.
03Pay halfApprove the estimate, pay 50%, and the date is yours. The rest is due a week before.
04We show upFifteen minutes early. We set up, show you the games, and go. Back at the end to pack up.
Can you set up at a park or field?
Yes, where there is vehicle access and firm level ground. City parks often need a permit for a trailer on site, so check with the parks department first.
Is it worth it for a small team?
Split across a roster of families it is one of the cheaper ways to run an end-of-season party: no room hire, no minimum spend, no program.
Can we run a shooting contest?
The machines keep score, so a team bracket or a high-score contest runs itself. A whiteboard and a small prize fills the whole booking.
