Carnivals, spirit days, end of year
A blacktop is close to the perfect setup: flat, huge, already fenced, and full of people who will queue for something without being asked twice.
How a school booking runs
Spring carnivals, fall festivals, spirit weeks, promotion days and PTA fundraisers all book the same way. Free play means no ticket booth to staff and no volunteer stuck making change all afternoon.
All-day bookings run up to ten hours, which is the shape of a carnival rather than a party.
- One less booth
- Nothing to sell, no float to count. Your volunteers can run something that needs a human.
- Throughput matters
- Four machines keep a carnival line moving instead of stalling it.
- Works as a draw
- Some schools run it free to pull families in. Others build a shooting contest around it.
- Setting up
- Blacktops, field edges, bus loops and staff parking. Most districts need a certificate of insurance and a facilities form. Start those first. They move slower than the booking does.
Four steps, and we do most of them.
Delivery, setup and pickup are already in the number you get back.
01Send your dateDate, start time, address, how many hours. Two hours is the minimum.
02Get a priceWe check the calendar and email an itemized estimate. You owe nothing yet.
03Pay halfApprove the estimate, pay 50%, and the date is yours. The rest is due a week before.
04We show upFifteen minutes early. We set up, show you the games, and go. Back at the end to pack up.
Do you work with schools and PTAs?
Regularly. Carnivals, spirit days, fall festivals and end-of-year events are a standard booking, and all-day bookings cover a full carnival.
Do we need volunteers to run it?
No. Every game is on free play, so there are no tokens to sell and no booth to staff. We set up, demo it, and come back at the end.
What paperwork does a district need?
Usually a certificate of insurance naming the district and a facilities use form. Start it as soon as you ask, because district approvals take longer than the booking does.
