A booth people line up at
Everything on a show floor competes for one thing: a reason to stop walking. A game lasts a minute, so people commit easily, and a line at your booth is the strongest signal on a floor.
How a show booking runs
A game lasts a minute, so people commit easily. A leaderboard gives them a reason to come back. And a line at your stand is the strongest signal on a floor.
The same logic works for brand activations, sponsor zones and street marketing. All-day bookings run up to ten hours.
- The queue is the ad
- Nothing draws floor traffic like people already standing there.
- A real reason to ask
- A leaderboard and a prize at close give you a reason to collect names.
- Lasts the show day
- Up to ten hours, not a two-hour window in the middle of it.
- Setting up
- Outdoor show lots, expo entrance lots, sponsor zones and street activations. Indoor halls need real 10-foot clearance and a load-in route that fits an 18-foot trailer.
Four steps, and we do most of them.
Delivery, setup and pickup are already in the number you get back.
01Send your dateDate, start time, address, how many hours. Two hours is the minimum.
02Get a priceWe check the calendar and email an itemized estimate. You owe nothing yet.
03Pay halfApprove the estimate, pay 50%, and the date is yours. The rest is due a week before.
04We show upFifteen minutes early. We set up, show you the games, and go. Back at the end to pack up.
Can you set up at a trade show?
Yes, and all-day bookings up to ten hours cover a full show day. Indoor halls need 10 feet of clearance and a wide enough load-in, so send us the venue spec early.
Can we run a leaderboard?
The machines keep score, so a leaderboard and a prize at close is easy to run and gives you a genuine reason to collect contact details.
How long can you stay?
Two hours minimum, ten hours maximum in a day. Multi-day activations are worth asking about directly.
