The attraction that needs no booth
The hard part of a carnival is never the attractions. It is finding volunteers to staff them.
What a carnival setup looks like
Free play removes that. The trailer is delivered, set up and left running. Nobody is assigned to it and there is no cash box to reconcile.
Non-profit galas, school fundraisers, community festivals, city events and neighborhood carnivals all book it the same way, usually all day.
- No booth, no float
- Nothing to sell and nothing to count. One line off the volunteer sheet.
- Pulls families in
- A visible queue of kids is what gets people from the parking lot to the event.
- Priced for a festival day
- Up to ten hours, which is the shape of a carnival.
- Setting up
- Festival grounds, closed streets, park lots and school blacktops. City and park events usually need permits and a certificate of insurance, so start both early.
Four steps, and we do most of them.
Delivery, setup and pickup are already in the number you get back.

02Get a priceWe check the calendar and email an itemized estimate. You owe nothing yet.
03Pay halfApprove the estimate, pay 50%, and the date is yours. The rest is due a week before.
04We show upFifteen minutes early. We set up, show you the games, and go. Back at the end to pack up.
Can you stay for a full carnival day?
Yes. All-day bookings run up to ten hours, which covers a normal festival or carnival day.
Do we need volunteers to run it?
No. Every game is on free play, so there are no tickets to sell, no tokens to hand out and no cash box at the end.
Do you handle permits?
The permit sits with the event organizer, not with us. Tell us what your city or parks department needs and we will get our documents over in good time.
