Something people walk toward
Most company activities ask people to volunteer, in front of colleagues, to do something. This one asks nothing. You pick up a ball and shoot.
How a company booking runs
It works because it is short. A game runs about a minute, so the quiet person can try it once and walk away, and the sales team can run a bracket for an hour.
Four machines side by side means four matchups at a time and a line that keeps moving. For a longer day we stay open up to ten hours.
- No facilitator
- Nobody stands up to explain rules. We set it up and leave; it runs itself.
- Brackets are easy
- The machines keep score. A whiteboard and a small prize is the whole tournament.
- Paperwork sorted early
- Venues and property managers want a certificate of insurance. Ask when you ask, not the week of.
- Setting up
- Office lots, courtyards, hotel entrance lots and plazas. Parking structures rarely have the 10 feet of clearance we need, so plan on a surface lot.
Four steps, and we do most of them.
Delivery, setup and pickup are already in the number you get back.
01Send your dateDate, start time, address, how many hours. Two hours is the minimum.
02Get a priceWe check the calendar and email an itemized estimate. You owe nothing yet.
03Pay halfApprove the estimate, pay 50%, and the date is yours. The rest is due a week before.
04We show upFifteen minutes early. We set up, show you the games, and go. Back at the end to pack up.
Can you do a company picnic or field day?
Yes. Picnics, field days, employee appreciation and team building are among our most common bookings. All-day bookings run up to ten hours.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Send us the exact name of the venue, the property manager or the district, and we will have the certificate issued naming them. Ask for it when you book and it is done well ahead of the date.
Will it fit in our parking structure?
Only if the marked clearance is over 10 feet. Send us the height at the entrance and we will tell you right away. A surface lot is usually the safer plan.
